POWER GENERATION JOINT STOCK CORPORATION 3

Vinh Tan 4 Extension Thermal Power Plant  is one of the imperative projects to address the power shortage in the South from 2020 of the Government. The project is owned by EVN and EVNGENCO 3 involves in as a project management consultant. 

Total investment of  the project to be VND 23,000 billion with total installed capacity of 600 MW (1x 600MW), a production capacity of 3.6 billion kWh per year. This project is of great significance, marking a new development step for Vietnam's electricity industry with some outstanding features such as being the coal fired power plant using huge number of quantity of coal, being the first power plant using the super-critical technology, 

This project is playing a significant role with the high proportion of local involvement and being the first large-scale thermal power plant designed by the Vietnam consulting agency.

Thai Binh 1 Thermal Power Project is owned by EVN and EVNGENCO 3 involves in as a project management consultant with its representative is Thai Binh Thermal Power Project Management Board. Total investment of  the project to be VND26,000 billion with total installed capacity of 600 MW (2x300MW), a production capacity of 3.6 billion kWh per year. This project is playing a significant role with the high proportion of local involvement, the first large-scale thermal power plant project designed by the Vietnam consulting agency.

This project is of great significance, marking a new development step for Vietnam's electricity industry with some outstanding features such as being the coal fired power plant using a huge number of quantity of coal, being the first power plant using the super-critical technology, the project having the highest  proportion of local involvement, the first large-scale thermal power project designed by the Vietnam consulting agency .
