Establish
Power Generation Corporation 3 (EVNGENCO 3) was established pursuant to Decision No. 3025 / QD-BCT of 1 June, 2012. This followed the restructuring of the Phu My One Member Liability Ltd Company, a number of dependent generation companies, and a number of project management boards. EVNGENCO 3 also took control of the owner’s capital of a number of joint-stock power generation companies of Vietnam Electricity, operating under the Vietnamese Law on Enterprise.
